This hot sauce combines the Jalepeno and Habanero pepper in a 50/50 combination.  It has more sweet flavor than the hotter blends, but still has the kick you want in a hot sauce.  Add as much sweet heat from the balance of Jalapeno peppers and the Habanero peppers as you want.  Check out the reciepe page for great suggestions on how to use this hot sauce.
